this is caused by the chloriphilactic gasses given off by your lawn.. when mixed with the floride in your water and amplified by climatic changes due to global warming it causes an oozing rainbow effect..everyone knows it has nothing to do with metal in our oxygen,, why that would cause brain damage..... 30 years ago science wasnt very good ,,but the drugs were
