Although I DO NOT support the McCain/Palin ticket, and I think she is wrong to inform other's that it is God's will to be in Iraq, I don't see anything wrong with these people worshipping God the way they do. The Bible does "commision" those that love him to go out and spread the good news of His love. This is what they are doing. They are overcome by the Spirit. This is why we need separation of church and state, so religious beliefs of others wont be forced upon us by the goverenment, but rather, we can be free to worship as we please. I can see why you would be freaked out as this is how the video would lead you.

I grew up in this kind of church and it is very cult like. you are "required" (strongly encouraged) to attend a service several nights a week, give up friends who don't go, give at least 10% of your income. They are trying to bring about the end of the world so that Jesus will return. They have a whole doctrine online that is readily available. Read it! It will scare the Jeebus out of you!

Okay, I grew up Pentecostal Church of God in Christ, my grandfather was a Reverend and I love him and God but this agenda, this political agenda to rule the world and enforce your personal beliefs on people that may or may not have their own belief system intact, it's a sin! WTF?? I usually don't like doing post with religion of any type involved.  Especially since I feel that religion is private and personal -- but this is crazy.   I've been to churches where the flock gets overly excited and that usually is all there is to that, but this is down right freaky, creepy and scary.  I'm only sharing so if anybody knows the truth about these people please feel free to speak up.  If this is the truth then America has some real double standards going because this s**t is unacceptable.   Please spear me the Obama comparison since this church does not seem to be wishing America well in their preaching either. more about "Sarah Palin's Churches and The Third ...", posted with vodpod
