Transformation Hodge "Suprises"
There's been a lot of action in the last week at 146 Hodge! The new addition is underway, service entry into the basement is being created, refurbishing of the windows, reinforcement of the tower, electrical work in the garage, first coat of stucco on the garage, the list goes on and on. A few interesting discoveries were made as well. As is often the case with old homes not everything is always what it seems. This is the first video in our new series called “Transformation Hodge” where we follow the complete renovation of 146 Hodge, a home we sold to contractor extraordinaire, Lewis Barber. You may recognize his name as he is one of the featured builders on our Design/Build page! Lew has been meticulously renovating homes in the Princeton area for over 20 years and is excited to restore this beautiful 100 year old home to its former glory with all of the bells and whistles of a twenty- first century home.
