Sen. Obama targeted rival Sen. John McCain in a speech on energy policy in Lansing, Michigan Monday.

Besides the mis-speaking of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Obama was near stutter-struck for that whole section of his speech. If it wasnt' teleprompter problems, as neo suggests, either BO needs more sleep or needs some nicotine. Obama was really tongue-tied and seemed dulled and off his game...which is really weird at times like these.
